It’s not bad, but it’s easy to tell it’s not a human — it lacks some emotion. In the pro version, there’s an option to ‘try a realistic voice’, though I’m not sure how good it is.

I must say, I’ve got surprised for how human sounds, you can even record your own voice to do this.
It’s a shame, but sadly you can’t share the result on the free plan. You can generate one sample for free, I encourage you to do it, I really liked the result.

For now, it’s the one with the most robotic sound. The good thing is that at least you can download your results for free

There are various voices available, and each one has a different cost.
It sounds pretty good – maybe not as good as PlayAI- and unfornately, I can’t share the result for this one either.
Price
Instead of a monthly subscription, they charge different prices per 30-second audio clip.
This was also the cost of the sample I used to test the other AI voice generators.
Conclusions
All of them have different features besides text-to-voice, so depending on your purpose, one may suit your needs better than the others. Personally, the one I liked the most is PlayAI, as it produces the most natural-sounding voice.
Great breakdown. I think using a script with varied pacing and emotional tones is such a smart move — it mirrors real-world use so much better than just reading flat text.
